It is now 4 years since I had radiotherapy for prostate cancer and, thanks to Dr Das and his wonderful team, my PSA level is still below 1. From the very first consultation with Dr Das I have felt supported and encouraged in my treatment. All aspects of my treatment were fully explained to me, and all my questions answered directly and openly. I sincerely hope other sufferers from prostate cancer will have the good fortune to be treated as professionally and humanely as I have been by Dr Das.

When my urologist gave me the diagnosis of Prostate Cancer to me I was very much shocked, upset and the world fell apart from me. My whole family was very upset, depressed, confused and a thick cloud was hanging over us thinking the worst thought of death soon. I was referred to Radiotherapist Dr Prantik Das at the Nuffield Hospital, Derby. At the first consultation he was so thorough understanding kind caring and very professional. Discussed in detail my cancer showed me MRI pictures and the disease involved in prostate gland. Reassuring me a best cure as it was early diagnosis. He gave me three option of radiotherapy and I decided for MRIdian radiotherapy and he explained me in very details about benefits and side effects. He provided me this brilliant treatment and the outcome was as he predicted. The best past was he was always available whenever I had any worries or concern. He is so polite, patient, confident and very humane in character with ease of approachable. You always feel and reassured that he is with you all along your treatment which is such a great comfort and happy feeling for the patient who is undergoing this cancer treatment. I am ever so grateful and thankful to him for providing me excellent care and cure to my cancer. I feel great and feel like life living - THANKS to Dr Prantik Das. I am a very happy and delighted patient retired GP of Dr Das. I am very confident to recommend Dr Pantik Das to any patient who wants Prostate Cancer treatment with great respect and dignity by him.

I got diagnosed with Rectal cancer at the end of June. I have finished my chemo and radiotherapy, my tumour is now barely visible which is brilliant. The treatment has done a fantastic job with barely any side effects. Dr Das has been really understanding, patient and honest. He listens to all my concerns and questions and always has time for me. I can't thank him enough. I highly recommend him.

I have been seeing Dr Daz and his team for the last 8 months because of my Prostate Cancer. I have had superb service during this period and nothing was too much trouble. Every treatment that I was to have was fully explained to me and Dr Daz was always willing to answer fully any questions I might have.

The advanced treatment I received for prostate cancer was amazing. Dr Das was thorough, totally reassuring of the likely outcomes and listened to my concerns and those of my wife. Having unfortunately had prostatitis this year again Dr Das provided medication to quickly resolve this so that my recovery is fully back on track. I have had zero side effects from the treatment and all of my parts are fully functioning both urinary and sexual. I feel extremely lucky to have Dr Das as my consultant.
